Egg Donation South Africa (EDSA) was founded in 2007 as the first truly South African egg donor agency; run by a group of like-minded medical and science professionals experienced in the field of IVF. Our professionals believe strongly in a pragmatic approach to providing an expert service but believe that this pragmatism must always remain balanced with a sense of humanity and the desire to serve.
We always strive to offer a higher level of service and to give the best care to our clients.
Couples come to us after experiencing years of heartache and frustrations whilst trying to establish their own families. We are not here to share our own personal stories but to focus on getting the work done as quickly and as effectively as possible with the goal of turning your story into one with a happy ending.
We believe that our clients are well versed in IVF and egg donation by the time they seek our services. We take cognisance of this and it allows us to immediately concentrate on getting what they need. Our focus is on obtaining the best possible match between our donors and recipients with the least amount of effort and trouble on the part of our recipients.
EDSA is run by a South African IVF professional who believes that expertise and humility are universally appreciated. Kimenthra Raja, who has a Master’s Degree in Reproductive Biology and 15 years experience as an embryologist to her credit, is able to provide excellent guidance and a straightforward approach to women seeking egg donation. She remains true to herself and her logical side is juxtaposed with her strong desire to help.
Kinny Ramoeng, who manages our precious egg donors, spent many years in the Publishing and Advertising world. A consummate professional; she is ever humbled and encouraged by the generous and willing spirit of these fine young women. She takes time to get to know each donor well, in order to make their donation experience a rewarding one and for the recipient to be rest assured that their donor is well supported. For Kinny, each match between a recipient and their perfect donor is gratifying and every bit meaningful.
